Colorado Golf Club is a private golf club and gated residential community at 8000 Preservation Trail in Parker. The course, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, opened in 2007 and plays 7,604 yards from the back tees to a par of 72, at an elevation of more than 6,100 feet.
It quickly became a championship venue. The club hosted the Senior PGA Championship in 2010, the Solheim Cup in 2013, and the U.S. Mid-Amateur in 2019. The community’s real estate office describes about 1,700 acres within the community, with custom and semi-custom homes and lots available for building.
